2023.The Position:The Enterprise Sales Director role is based in
the US, specifically Seattle or New York. We're seeking a highly
motivated, results-driven, and collaborative individual focused on
selling to digital publishers, broadcasters, and retail media
organizations. This isn't your typical tactical software sales
role; you'll sell strategic business outcomes through long-term,
high-growth engagements. Experience managing large accounts and
closing deals in the media, retail, telecommunications, and/or
e-commerce/retail industries is a plus.Responsibilities:
- Excitement around hunting greenfield territory and building
your business from the ground up in the digital advertising
industry, specifically digital publishers, broadcasters, and retail
media organizations.
- Strong focus on delivering customer success with a
consultative, outcome-based sales approach.
- Able to understand client objectives and effectively
communicate how Placements.io's platform can meet their
requirements, emphasizing value propositions and ROI.
- A highly collaborative teammate with a company-first mentality
- able to leave egos at the door and support each other to win
together.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key
stakeholders, including C-level executives, media planners, and
operations managers.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Placements.io's platform and
stay updated with industry trends and the competitive
landscape.Requirements:
- Understanding the digital advertising ecosystem, including
programmatic and direct advertising, publisher operations, and ad
revenue management.
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven enterprise software sales
experience.
- Experience driving large enterprise software deals >
US$250,000 ACV to digital publishers, broadcasters, and retail
media organizations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the
ability to build and nurture relationships with enterprise-level
clients.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and expand revenue
within the existing client base through cross-selling and upselling
additional products and services.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

for this role in the selected city:Seattle, WA- $275,000 - $350,000
USDThe base salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by
