Key Responsibilities
Design and develop high-quality short-form video content for a
global audience
Oversee the video production process, ensuring quality and visual
aesthetics
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to align
learning materials with objectives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in instructional design and multimedia
content creation
Proficiency in video production and visual design tools such as
Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Experience with scripting, storyboarding, and designing visuals
aligned with learning objectives
Strong project management skills to handle multiple priorities and
deadlines
Commitment to continuous learning and keeping up with industry
trends and tools
