ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Strategy and Communications Program Manager to lead and manage strategic initiatives within our Information Technology (IT) department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning IT strategies with organizational goals, overseeing key IT projects, and ensuring that communication across IT teams, leadership, and stakeholders is clear, timely, and effective. This role is pivotal in facilitating collaboration across departments, driving strategic IT initiatives, and promoting transparent communication to enhance the effectiveness and visibility of the IT function.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading and mentoring organizational change management in projects
• Facilitating strategic communications to executive and broad audiences in coordination with Marketing and Communications (as appropriate).
• Liaison to Marketing and Communications for projects and initiatives, including ServiceNow Employee Center
• Leading and Facilitating goals
  
  EXPERIENCE
  
  -
  • Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience serving in a project or program leadership role with responsibilities of developing and deploying strategic communication programs in support of an organization's vision for branding, targeting either customers or employees, for executive leaders and the organization
  • 3+ years of experience implementing organizational change management methodology in healthcare
  • Demonstrated experience effectively working with multiple, diverse stakeholders in a complex project environment within a cross-functional matrix environment?
  • Strong experience in Project Methodologies (e.g., Agile, SCRUM, SDLC/Waterfall)
  • Experience maintaining relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives
  • Technically competent with various software programs including MS Office tools (e.g., Project, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

    Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require hourly pay range disclosure: $100 - $110.
