SUMMARY
Ansys is the leading developer of engineering simulation software
that enables engineers to innovate and create the products of
tomorrow. Our software is used to design the aerodynamics of
Formula 1 cars, reusable 3D printed rockets, next generation chips
and autonomous driving systems - allowing engineers to virtually
explore the structural, thermal, fluids, optical and
electromagnetic performance of their innovations. We are
increasingly seeing our simulation services be used by partner and
customer methods developers as a component in their software
solutions and applications. Ansys is on a journey to build a
developer ecosystem that aims to make simulation more pervasive for
engineers with an eventual expansion to many other professionals
that could benefit from 3D physics insight; for example, a doctor
examining the structural integrity of a 3D printed bone transplant
or the blood flow in a patient's heart. The Senior Product Manager,
Developer Tools is responsible for engaging with customers, field
staff, and development to drive revenue influence gains from Ansys
developer tools, oversee the go-to-market strategy, and generate
product roadmaps that facilitate customer and partner adoption and
build Ansys competitive differentiation in the market. The ideal
candidate has broad knowledge of the Ansys product portfolio and
common multi-physics workflows that is sufficient to educate the
broader organization on the unique value of PyAnsys and APIs.
This individual will have a passion for technology, strong
technical acumen, and experience with open source development
processes and python. The position requires the ability to
communicate and drive consensus among cross-functional groups to
achieve joint goals and to manage complex roadmap dependencies
